Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to services provided by Robby Bali Traveling, including private tours, car charter, airport transfer, and itinerary planning. By booking, you agree to the terms below.

Payment

Payment methods: cash, bank transfer, and e-wallet. A deposit may apply depending on the service, date, and booking size.

Cancellation

Cancellation fees may apply if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service. For private tours, a 30% fee may apply. For no-shows, a full charge may apply.

Itinerary Changes

Reasonable itinerary changes are allowed depending on time and distance. Additional charges may apply for extended duration, long detours, extra stops, or special requests.

Vehicle & Capacity

Vehicle type is assigned based on group size and luggage capacity. Additional charges may apply if an upgraded vehicle or extra vehicle is required. All vehicles are non-smoking.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate information, follow safety instructions, and be punctual.

Service Limitations

Drivers are not porters. Entrance tickets, parking fees, meals, and personal expenses are not included unless stated otherwise. Additional arrangements may result in extra charges.

Punctuality & Missed Destinations

If destinations are missed due to guest lateness, it is the guest's responsibility. No refunds will be provided, missed destinations cannot be moved to the same schedule, and any revisit will be treated as a new trip.

Driver Professionalism

Our drivers are experienced, friendly, and English-speaking. They prioritize safety, comfort, and clear communication.

Liability

We are not responsible for lost items, medical issues, or incidents caused by external factors (e.g., lost phone/wallet, illness, weather conditions, road closures, third-party actions). Guests must secure personal belongings at all times. Travel insurance is recommended.
